We have vendors to handle almost every situation. If a repair is over $300, we contact you for approval whenever possible.

Yes, ACH payments are made to all owners.  Owner statements are available at the end of the month to view on the owner portal.

We advertise by several different means.  Yard signs, website which goes out to top rental search engines, national websites (Apartments.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads) and social media.

Curo Property Management holds all security deposits in our trust account.

We strive to fill vacancies as soon as possible. We do in house advertising, social media and more.  Our aim is to fill in 30 days.  Several external variables dictate the time to fill from time of year, condition of home and price.

Residents have several options for submitting maintenance requests, including via phone,  email, or online on our website. Upon receiving a request, we will follow up with the resident to gather additional information that will aid us in identifying the exact nature of the issue before dispatching a service technician. Legitimate problems are promptly scheduled for repair, with most repairs being scheduled within one to two business days.  We prioritize comfort items such as air conditioning, hot water, or heat and make every effort to address them the same or next business day. Our goal is to ensure that our residents are comfortable and that their needs are met with efficiency and attentiveness.

Whether vacant or occupied, we want to understand your property and be able to speak intelligently about it to you and your tenants in the future. We will meet you at the property if you wish at your earliest convenience to view your rental and complete the initial property inspection.
We will take photos, answer any questions you may have in person, install a rental sign if requested and place a lockbox on the door. We will also give you suggestions on how to make your property “rent ready” if it is not already in that condition.

Yes, all of our properties are smoke free and this policy is in our lease agreement.

Lease agreements are 12 months.

In North Carolina a deposit of 1 month’s rent is due. South Carolina does not have a maximum deposit. All deposits are due at lease signing and must be paid in certified funds.

Each individual homeowner has the discretion to allow pets. However, if pets are permitted, certain restrictions will apply, and fees will be required.
